Refused Case Was Saved
One of our clients, Ms. Zou, female, majoring in Mechanized Tea Manufacture, was working in the Tea Processing Factory of the Tea Import and Export Company when raising the application.

Summary of the case
The client, through other agent, submitted her application to the Canadian Embassy in Hong Kong in 1999. Two years later, she attended an interview held in Hong Kong but was refused. At the end of 2001, she came to our company for help and we raised the second application for her. In July 2002, she took the IELTS test and got the score of 4.5. At the end of same year, she received the acceptance letter omitting the interview and physical check form issued by the Canadian embassy in Hong Kong at the same time.

Comments on the case
The applicator’s first application was raised by other agent. It was CCTT (Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists) attestation being submitted that the case was refused, which made the second application more difficult. Attestation of the CCTT failed. After the execution of the new Immigration Act, the embassy in Hong Kong speeded up handling applications, which allowed many applicators to take IELTS tests and offered many non-interviews required opportunities. Also, the supplementary materials required to submit did not include CCTT attestation. Therefore, this client finally got the letter omitting the interview.
