One of our clients, male, engaging in printing business, had the assets of 4.2 million yuan when raising the application.

Summary of the case
In January 2002, this client raised his application for immigrating to Canada and submitted his application materials to the Canadian embassy in Hong Kong. In April 2003, he attended and passed an interview held in the embassy in Hong Kong.

Comments on the case
The applicator began his business from a workshop run by his family and, then, affiliated to collectively owned enterprises engaging in print matter. The most important thing for applicators is the assets owned by them must meet the minimum requirement of the Canadian Section of Immigration and the evidence to prove that these assets were accumulated through real business activities of the applicators. Although the assets owned by the applicator was close to the bottom line, according to the exchange rate at that time, the applicator’s process of assets accumulation was mostly highlighted by our company when his materials were put in order. His assets accumulation through hard work was illuminated in detail and the process of amassment was explicitly reflected. This client possesses strong ability of running a business in Canada, so he was able to smoothly pass the interview of immigration.
